1. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and across the street from a very small, sweet public park which I spent some quiet time meandering through.

5. The biggest negative is there is literally nothing in the immediate area within walking distance for restaurants, shops, etc. Need to either take a cab or the Silver Line T which stops a half block from the hotel and runs up to South Station.
