Although some may find it not so close to many downtown favorites like the Harbor, North End and the Aquarium as the Marriott Long Wharf, this Renaissance is a true gem with helpful staff and plenty of amenities like free WiFi in all rooms, luxury toiletries, a 24/7 gym and a good restaurant for both buffet and dinner.

10. I had a handicap room so it was larger with a couch, etc. The gym is great, although they advertise a lap pool which was always full of kids playing.
