1. When we unloaded the car (and BTW, there were tons of attentive bellmen everywhere) one the the managers noticed and asked him about playing, my son told him he forgot the cord, and that man (name was Cassius) WENT TO HIS HOUSE AND BROUGHT MY SON BACK HIS CORD TO USE DURING OUR STAY.

2. So I pulled the laws up and I read the liquor laws/liquor licensing requirements of Massachusetts (verbatim) to the manager and explained it's only in public areas of the hotel and we did not have any open containers in the lobby.

3. The next morning, the manager again apologized and gave us a whopping $50 off our bill (not enough for what they put us through).

4. Check-in was painfully time consuming, there was insufficient staff and a manager had to find some others to work the line (he could have done it himself).
