1. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and across the street from a very small, sweet public park which I spent some quiet time meandering through.

2. The location, as I have described is not exactly in downtown Boston, but it is a pleasant 'electric bus', taxi, or drive from the very center of Boston, and in exchange you get a brand new hotel on a brand new street, near an amazing number of brand new restaurants.

3. There is a beautiful ampitheater accross the street which had a concert going on and added to the excitement of the area, and the theater has lights all around the perimeter that change to all different colors-- just loved it!the hotel is beautiful, brand new, funky/cool decor.

4. For those who haven`t been to Boston in a while, this 7-month-old Renaissance is located at the corner of Congress and D street among the new construction in the Seaport area a few blocks from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
