1. On the positive side, it was quiet and there was not a lot of street noise.
"Nothing to write home about " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/13/2011 Vote
2. The hotel itself is in the financial district so at the weekend the local streets are like an empty morgue, which is great from a no noise perspective.
"Great location to see Boston " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/13/2011 Vote
3. Ate at the 'Unbria' restaurant just across the street - - best steak I have ever had.
"Fantastic value for location near Fanuil Hall " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/13/2011 Vote
4. Location: 5-10 minute walk to Faneuil Hall / Quincy Market, 10 minute walk to the shopping district (including the 'Downtown Crossing' subway station where one can catch a 10 minute subway ride to Cambridge/Harvard Square and a 15 minute ride to Fenway Park), 15 minute walk from the North End (Boston's little Italy with fantastic restaurants - I would recommend Strega on Hanover Street - a small and quaint restaurant offering an exciting atmosphere and some of the best Italian food I have ever sampled) and a 20 minute walk (5 minute cab ride) to the 'original' Cheers location (note that the bar bears little resemblance to the TV show and that there is a Cheers located closeby in Faneuil Hall).
"Excellent Location - Excellent Stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/1/2010 Vote

6. I hope the windows are being upgraded in the construction because I have lived in downtowns of major cities my whole life and I've never been this disturbed by street noise.
"Not worth the cost. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/16/2009 Vote
7. The people we met by chance in the streets were so incredibly friendly.

8. A few blocks from Quincy market and a short subway ride to Newbury street (very nice and clean subway system).
"Great hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/26/2008 Vote
9. There are also several pubs on Broad Street (I recommend Mr Dooleys!) and a Panera Bread nearby which are all much more affordable and better food than the restaurant in the hotel.
"Not the best, but... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/22/2008 Vote
10. This is a large hotel in the heart of Boston's financial district and perfect for roaming the streets of old Boston.
"Perfect for a city break " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/22/2008 Vote
