3. Minor inconveniences - never had bath towels for 6 people except for the first night because I requested them before we came but reallly, if you are reserving a room for 6 people, 6 towels should be a given.

10. We had a beautiful double bedroom on the 12th floor and had the most comfortable sleep of our trip and a sumptous bathroom with lovely toiletries and warm bath robes just what a person needs after a long day sightseeing in this wonderfully quaint city.
