1. We ordered in a Pizza because the baby was sleeping, and the menu price wasn't bad, but they added a delivery charge AND gratuity- good thing it was delish as it cost $30 after all was said and done.

4. Anyway, this hotel seems to go out of its way not to tell you that they will charge you 100% the exorbitant cost of your room for one night, including 14.45% tax, if you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

5. I find it to be a poor business practice that staff would knowingly grant and charge for an upgrade knowing the windows were covered, without mentioning this fact during check-in.

9. However, she neglected to tell me about the $12 service charge for ordering online (not her fault, the charge was from the Duckboat - but it was only a 4 minute walk; we could have saved the $12 just by walking to where the tour started and purchasing our tickets there.

10. the room was only slightly larger than the one king bed, check in was a zoo and they tried to charge me 60 dollars for two days worth of wireless internet access.
