4. Room 1004 was fantastic, the maid cleaned and tidied the room every day, the front desk staff and door staff were perfect, and the the snacks and service in Solas were excelkent.

5. After a long day sight seeing & shopping it was nice to go back to our room to find that the maid had turned down our beds & left us chocolates, just another nice touch that makes the Lenox a wonderful hotel we will certainly be making another visit here soon.

7. Amazing--I know how that happens once I saw that the maids were working late at night to make sure the rooms are ready and to attend to the special details of turning down the bed and adding a few chocolate truffles for sweet dreams.

8. From providing a hotel car and driver to get us to our anniversary meal to providing extra pillow chocolates to giving directions and assistance, the staff (from manager to maid) were great.
