1. Everyone from the doorman to the front desk staff made it a point to make sure we were happy and accommodated our every request, even delivering a Sunday newspaper to our room at 9pm free of charge.

Excellent, friendly service from the moment we stepped through the door, a fantastic location in the Back Bay, a very spacious and well-appointed room (the suites and junior suites have working fireplaces - its worth the charges to upgrade) and an extroadinary list of available amenities for free or at a small charge.

3. Even to the point that when we called near midnight one night with the farfetched question of if they had any candy on hand, a staff member was at our door not 5min later carrying a gift box of lindt chocolates, free of charge.

5. Yes its provided free of charge in the lobby from 6 am, however I need to have my caffeine before I put my clothes and face on, and unlike some other guests I don't wear my pjs in public.
