1. Customer Service: From check-in to check-out, we felt like welcomed guests and appreciated the genuine service from all hotel staff.

3. Since we only stayed one night, we didn't use any of the amenities, but check in was easy and the staff very friendly.

4. The staff were all friendly and helpful at check-in, and there was an older gentleman greeting people in the lobby who was so sweet I wanted to put him in my pocket and take him home.

6. The Lenox has many of the personal touches you'd expect from a boutique hotel: complementary cookies and hot chocolate at check-in, chocolate truffles on our pillows, and Aveda products in the bathroom.
