5. Our room was quite large and comfortable, with numerous features which clearly set it apart from traditional US hotel rooms: elegant and stylish furniture, prime quality wallpaper, marble bathroom, Bose iPod docking station, safe, complimentary water, bathrobes, and a huge closet to store coats, bags etc. My only criticism concerns the beds, which were really quite small.

The little things like a friendly smile, the front desk, a simple Hello every morning as we went downstairs, the balloons and treats that were waiting in the room for my daughter, checking up on us as we entered our room, the early check in once a room opened up, the friendly doorman, the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning, the chocolate treats at turn down, the water in the room, Free internet, the wonderful people who cleaned the room, the friendly bellboy.
