Excellent, friendly service from the moment we stepped through the door, a fantastic location in the Back Bay, a very spacious and well-appointed room (the suites and junior suites have working fireplaces - its worth the charges to upgrade) and an extroadinary list of available amenities for free or at a small charge.

The front desk was incredibly helpful, and we were also impressed at the range of complimentary amenities available - I fully expected our bill to be at least another $100 from the services we ordered - snacks, firewood (repeatedly), water and milk - and all there was 50 cents for some Tylenol (they likely have to charge for any medicine by law).
