4. Upon arriving we were greeted ever so friendly by the front desk staff (Rachel and Jamie) who upon my speaking said, I know who you are, happy birthday, we've upgraded you for free to a Junior suite, (what?wow!that's over the top on customer service.

The little things like a friendly smile, the front desk, a simple Hello every morning as we went downstairs, the balloons and treats that were waiting in the room for my daughter, checking up on us as we entered our room, the early check in once a room opened up, the friendly doorman, the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning, the chocolate treats at turn down, the water in the room, Free internet, the wonderful people who cleaned the room, the friendly bellboy.
