3. We actually met the Food and Beverage Manager (Ashish) at lunch at Shula 2's and he even gave our children chocolate:) The managers are visible and do seem to truly care about your happiness.

6. Very nice hotel, we booked online and got an unheard of rate, when we checked in they didn't want to honor it so I asked to speak with the manager and without hesitation he approved the rate.

8. Get back at 10:30 and the line is 8 deep at the desk with 2 people actually handling the guest and 3 other managers/desk staff roaming the lobby not to concerned about the wait.
