3. Again, I'm not sure of the wording on the website, but we were also under the impression that we were getting a complimentary breakfast, however it was only complimentary for business conventions held at the hotel.

6. The room had nice complimentary features- premium coffee and tea service in the room, the hotel had a very nice bar, a few good places to eat, large rooms for events, one of which i attended and the hotel service there was very well done also, personal touches and attentive.

7. The desk staff seemed harrassed and somewhat unfriendly (we were not the only ones unable to check in, they seemed to have a lobby full of guests with no rooms long after the advertised check-in time), although they did provide us with vouchers for complimentary appetizers.
