3. Again, I'm not sure of the wording on the website, but we were also under the impression that we were getting a complimentary breakfast, however it was only complimentary for business conventions held at the hotel.

4. The only tiny gripe is that after I made my reservation, the web site asked if I would like to have club lounge access, which included evening snacks and a continental breakfast, for $15.
