1. I received an email survey after check out and commented that although my room was fine I would not have booked at the Cross Keys while I had downtown meeting without having a rental car and only did it because central reservations assured me that there was a free shuttle.

2. I was attending a meeting at the Radisson Lord Baltimore in Baltimore which was overbooked and so Radisson booked me at the Cross Keys and Radisson central reservations said there was a free shuttle bus that ran between the two properties.

9. I was traveling on business but brought along my teenage daughter so we took advantage of the hotels complimentary shuttle to and from the Inner Harbor, and one of the best perks of the hotel is that the on-site parking is complimentary (which can be quite pricey at other area hotels).
