4. The hotel reception , bar and restaurant, and all public areas, are stuck in the early 90's, it is dreary, and tired, and way overdue for a refurb.

5. Attempted several times to get the cards to work without success and the hotel bar is small and was staffed with only one bartender with 3 wedding parties reserved for the weekend.

The barman at the lobby bar, when not mixing drinks, stood off to the side and sipped ice water and made no attempt to interact with his customers or ask if there was anthing else he could get for them, etc. The next morning at the meeting I was to attend, the meeting rooms had been changed without the knowledge of our instructor.

7. (Though in fairness it might be fine -- we didn't even set foot in the hotel's restaurant/bar, because its hallway entrance was mausoleum-like and unappealing.
