1. The housekeeping staff member who took care of our room was very pleasant- although she didn't leave new towels in my mother-in-law's room after cleaning it.

6. The fitness center is a little musty, (but what gym isnt?) The only really annoying thing would be the thin walls; we could hear our neighbors using the blow dryer early in the morning and we could hear housekeeping in the halls.
