There is the elevator door patched with duct tape; the dirty carpets in the rooms and corridors; the desk chair that flips over backwards when the occupant leans back normally, the fact that the elevator is pre-programmed to stop at the lobby level every trip (wasting the time of guests wanting to go straight to the basement garage).

10. The barman at the lobby bar, when not mixing drinks, stood off to the side and sipped ice water and made no attempt to interact with his customers or ask if there was anthing else he could get for them, etc. The next morning at the meeting I was to attend, the meeting rooms had been changed without the knowledge of our instructor.
