1. Have read comments on Trip Advisor where manager of the Riviera indicated they would have loved to had the opportunity to address the issue when it occurred; however, they had the opportunity and did not care of us, because we only were betting $10 and $25 per hand, and sat at the tables for over 7 hours providing them the opportunity to take $5,000 of our money.

6. We had no hot water at night and were not told about the hoops you needed to jump through to use th gym, they did reverese the resort fees but the manager did not ask what was wrong when I expressed my extreem dissapointment.

Three guys walked up and cut right to the front of the line instead of the Hotel manager stepping in he stood infront of my husband and I so we had to wait oh it gets better, then two girls walked up and decided they were smokers and could not stay in thier room because they could not go with out smoking.
