4. I would 1st like to thank: Ms Vera Johnson - Hotel Check In, She is the most Up Lifting, Happy, Always Smiling and Very Helpful every time I come into the Hotel and I stay at the Riviera alot.

5. The check in staff was friendly enough and I asked what tower we were in and he stated 'Monaco', so I asked if any upgrade was available and he said that Monaco was already an upgrade.
