4. We orignally booked a Standard Room but they kindly upgraded us for free to the Signature Room in the MONACO tower which was a really nice suite, looks exactally like the photo on the website, air con, clean, great TV, The maids cleaned our room every day and gave us fresh towells.

9. The maid never took away our dirty glasses from the bathroom when she cleaned, the shower head is set to the level of someone that is only about 4 feet tall, my husband had to get on his knees to wash his hair and face ( He is only 6'1').
