4. If anyone wants to find fault in anything, they will, but other than some better cleaning staff (dustballs in the gym!;-) and maid service could be a tad better, (the cleaning staff were all friendly, however, and if I have to chose, I pick friendly over attitude.

Reading all the reviews on here I was nervous about this hotel because I really didet read anything too good but really it wasent that bad I took sokeones advice on here and asked for a room up grade at checkin and got a new remodled room in monoco tower where the best rooms are my friends actuly got a suite no extra charge the beds were super comfortable room very up to date and maid service always did a nice job cleaning no complaints there had a nice view of the pool and staff was always friendly.
