1. The package we booked included a 2 for 1 buffet offer, which was recently changed to 30% off the bill (no big deal).

6. SUPRISE, at check out they had not idea and the rude checkout woman just said hang on came back 10 mins laters said there were no managers and she will just take $15 off our bill printed out a receipt and said here your done.

7. Also, I had a discrepency with the bill and after speaking to the manager about being over charged they immediately took those items of the bill.
