5. We only stayed 3 nights but Carlton and others at the valet recognized us quickly and always greeted us warmly and helped with anything we asked for- Close enough to everything: We rented a car for the 3 days ($53!) and that served us well.

8. The entire staff makes you feel welcome, from the doormen and valets out front, to the staff at the front desk and the staff at the Envy Steakhouse and not to forget the ladies in club lounge, you always feel like you are at home.
