6. Restaurants we used on site were: The BLT Burger- nothing great in my book, my burger was overcooked and dry but the array of 'fries' offered was surprising; The Carnegie Deli- very quick service for take out and good coffee but highly priced; The Paradise Cove Cafe ( dining facility at the pool) for lunch was very pleasant with plenty of cover to get out of the heat and fairly priced in my opinion- I had the BLAST salad at $11 and it was more than I could eat by myself, with tons of shrimp.
