1. If I was very critical, I would say they could use better quality comforters and sheets, and slightly nicer mattresses.

4. I'm not saying the bed wasn't clean, it looked it and smelled clean, but possibly they need to bleach or Oxi Clean their comforters more often and possibly use a lint roller to get anything on the sheets.

6. the rooms were clean and comfortable we has a strip view the other people in the party were in the back which faced the freeway not such a good view!the beds were very comfortable and clean sheets daily and shampoo/soaps ect supplied.

9. After I explained what had happened AGAIN, I got the same response "The sheets have been changed, so everything is OK now, right?" I'm convinced Marriott trains its Managers to play idiots.
