5. Not always thorough (see photo of dirty sink and photo of mold in shower by the door); failed to leave extra towels most days that we asked; we ran out of toilet paper twice; she knocked almost every morning before 10am, despite there being a tag on the door requesting privacyVALET: AWESOME.

7. We never saw them, but they did an excellent job, gave us new toiletries daily and left us extra towels.

In all fairness we didnt' have anything but clean towels for the rest of the stay and we called housekeeping and asked for a new shower curtain the next day which of course they said they were happy to do I left a note for the maid as a reminder with an extra tip to ensure that it would get done and it did.

9. The pool area is big and clean but you need to be up very early in order to get a sunbed (Towels are free of charge).
