8. The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is the price of the wifi connection: $12.95 for 24 hours is ridiculous for a service that in this day and age should be considered just as standard an amenity as the soap in the bathroom.

(I was not at the hotel when the gift shop was open, so maybe at the gift shop it was more reasonably priced)- one of the waiters in the bar was a little snippy one night- the towels in the bathroom could be replaced- as stated above, maybe add some machines to the gym or open it earlier, or let the staff know what time it opens if it actually opens before 6.
