1. It's a steep $10 a day or something but it's a lot cheaper than valet.

3. She was able to get us into our room pretty fast and even spoke to the manager of valet, who actually took care of our valet charge for our whole stay as well as sent us some strawberries and sparkling wine, which definitely helped.

5. I was also helped navigating renting a car by Angel at the valet desk and got help with getting around the Anaheim area by Rudy, who also is a cast member helping people check in at the hotel.

6. To some it may not meet the '5 star' rating based on comparison to others, but the minute I pull into the Grand Californian and turn my keys over to the valet, walk through those big beautiful sliding doors.
