2. Most comments that rate this place so low speak to how expensive it is compared to comparable hotels elsewhere, and I would concur, although I don't believe that is a good enough reason to rate low.

4. You can sometimes get good off-peak concierge rates that are as good as shoulder or peak season regular rooms, and the service level is much higher, you have access to the well-stocked concierge lounge, and can watch the fireworks from the balcony.
