1. I like to chat with my concierge, and for them to have an opinion, not just a rehearsed answer.

6. We were given a free character breakfast and Im so sorry Im drawing a blank on the nice Concierge girl who helped me with this due to the lack of service on Sam and Jarods parts which I appreciated very much.

8. The concierge level was excellent - really a savior when your kids are really hungry after tromping around Disneyland/California Adventure and you want a quick decent snack.

10. I highly recommend booking a room on the concierge level as you will have full access to the club's private room which offers snacks, milk, juice, and even wine and beer for Mom and Dad.
