7. This is our second stay here, friendly staff, great housekeeping (very clean & organised), no lines for the lifts to the rooms, right there for all the Downtown Disney shopping and food too.

9. The pool is wonderful, the housekeeping is great, the lobby is grand and smells wonderful (true disney lovers know how important the 'Disney' smell is) and we never have a problem finding a cast member to take our 'checking in!' photo, we just love everything about it.
