1. We arrived around 3 pm and check in was a breeze.

2. We arrived hours before check in time but the cast members were very accommodating and gave us room keys (without telling us the room number) and took our luggage so we were able to go out and enjoy the parks.

9. I was also helped navigating renting a car by Angel at the valet desk and got help with getting around the Anaheim area by Rudy, who also is a cast member helping people check in at the hotel.
