1. My breakdown:Rooms - clean and quiet, sound proof like windows facing the pool areas, great room service, turndown service!, great bath products.

3. They rely on tourists who insist on being so close to the Parking Lots where the noise keeps them awake all night despite a decent room and nice room service, and an in house Cafe (The Story Teller's Cafe) which has very decent food for its price.

4. Room service clean up was polite, the water in the bath was hot at all times, check in was very slow - but I suppose the good clerks are hard to come by - what with thousands of them to choose from a veritable city of hotel clerks in various other areas surrounding Disneyland.
