1. The advantage of the hotel is its value- great location (at the middle of the Civic Center) for fair price, much cheaper than other places we checked.

8. It's a Holiday Inn, so you're getting their usual fayre - it isn't a Hilton by any stretch, but its a good 3*+, brilliant value, and if you're working downtown also a great location (albeit a good bit of exercise).
