1. My only complaint is that housekeeping could have done a better job of vacuuming under the bed (only reason I bothered to look under was because I was looking for something I dropped).

7. the only drawback was a housekeeping supervisor who kind of got in my face about the fact that I didn't allow housekeeping into my room and would just go into the hall when housekeeping was on my floor to drop off my used sheets and towels in exchange for fresh.

Housekeeping ignored the 'do not distub' sign on my door, and were ready to let themselves in before i stopped them (half undressed)Room service only runs for 3 hours and has a very basic menu, all the vending machines are out of order (every floor!)The internet connection is poor and slow, and they only have 2 fixed, communal pc's for a 400 odd room hotel.
