1. We saw the sign that said gust parking $46, but they gave us a great rate, which included the parking.

6. Pros:- proximity to Muni/Bart station (across the street)- great rates (booked for $70 on Labor Day wknd)- helpful staffCons:- area is largely inhabited by SF's homeless- no great restaurants/bars within walking distance.
