1. I requested that my linens be replaced since I accidentally spilled water on the bed, but once I came back the bed was still wet and they didn't even bother to clean the bathroom.

6. There was a flat-screen TV, lots of closet space, a comfortable chair and footrest, desk area, in-room safe, big bathroom with lots of countertop space - - everything I could ask for (except a refrigerator).
