2. While the staff was prompt in getting me in touch with a manager, and sympathetic to my situation, they really didn't go the extra mile - I would have at least liked to get the five bucks I spent on the laundry back and a free meal or two or free night stay would have been great.

3. In the website it was specified that there was a fee for parking which is understandable (since this is in downtown) but when I got to the hotel, the front desk and manager charged me for $45 per day for parking.

4. I asked if there was a special rate for guests but the manager told me that I have to pay whatever outsiders pay, which if you ask me is ridiculous.

5. When I went to the desk to ask for a room on the other side of the building the desk manager informed me that it was equally as noisy on the front side of the building.
