1. It isn't a neighborhood that you want take your family for walk in after dark; you would be safe, but it would be an experience for the kids, and maybe just a little scary unless you are used to being downtown in a big city.

4. In the website it was specified that there was a fee for parking which is understandable (since this is in downtown) but when I got to the hotel, the front desk and manager charged me for $45 per day for parking.

6. Location is very central to everything I needed in San Francisco - public transportation, South of Market nightlife, downtown shopping, Civic Center.
