9. Can't really complain except for a couple minor issues: 1) it was our honeymoon and I was hoping to be given a decent size room and although we wanted a room away from the street (away from the noise that some reviews mentioned) the pay off was the size.

10. Also the free use of the business centre, coffee machine in the room, the free coffee and wine down in the lobby at specific times of day was an added bonus :).
