6. The hotel is great, and the manager and staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable from the front desk staff to the housekeepers, they all greet you with smiles.

I met the manager during wine hour and I made sure to thank him and his excellent service staff for my memorable stay and the amazing exceptional hospitality, I do stay in five star hotels and believe me that you do not feel that suburb service from the minute you walk in to this hotel Union Square, the bellman, front desk ladies and even the housekeeping staff greet you and ask you if you need help or service.

9. The housekeeping staff, on the other hand, insisted on turning off the ceiling fan, turning off the air conditioner, and opening a small window over the desk, at least until I left a note in the window saying, 'Please do not open window!' I did read TripAdvisor.
