2. french receptionist told me my room was tiny (not best word to use i was thinking) would i like to upgrade for $30, my girlfriend asked is the upgrade charge for our 2 nights?!he said it was (now before you say i shouldve realised, we specifically asked him).

3. Location was cool but when you leave make sure to ask them when your going to be credited back the extra $50 they add to your bill, its a just incase charge that they do not make notice to you at an point.

4. There is wireless access, but if you don't feel like toting your laptop, there is a computer in the lobby and a 24-hour business center downstairs where you can print boarding passes at no additional charge.

5. Hotel attempted to charge for Valet parking on 2nd night but after I advised them I had taken the car back the previous day they amended the account,When asked upon leaving if our stay was satisfactory I advised them it was not, however no explanations were offered and certainly no refunds.
