1. I spent two nights at this hotel, wow the service from the minute I walked in the lobby the bellman Tom greeted me and escort me the check-in counter, which I was welcomed by a nice young man.

5. Location wise: Perfect ( middle of Union Square + right near Bart station ) Staff was EXTREMELY friendly ( let us check in 1-2 hours early and keep our bags at the hotel till we had to leave for our 10:55 p.m. flight ) Modern and Clean / newly renovated hotel.
