1. One more thing, when getting dropped off by a friend the parking attendant gave us problems parking in their lot to unload our items.

6. We didn't rent a car because we wanted to have the entire urban experience, but the hotel has a large parking lot on the rear of the property where a friend visiting from Santa Cruz parked her car for a very reasonable rate.

I've been several times in San Francisco, but this has been my best stay, not only due to the hotel's excellent location (1 block from Market and 1.5 from Union Square), nice bedrooms, comfortable beds and comforters, nice bathrooms, and the good shape of everything (recently remodelled), but also because of the free Internet, parking next to the hotel, and best of all, the excellent treat of the hotel's staff.

9. A parking structure is next door at somewhat cheaper rates but I`m not sure if you can get your car after hours.
