1. The front desk employees were extremely helpful as well and were able to assist us with late check out which we were very grateful for with our time awkward flight delay.

5. The hotel is great, and the manager and staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable from the front desk staff to the housekeepers, they all greet you with smiles.

6. Upon arrival at the hotel, Jewel (concierge staff/ bellman) was quick enough to help us out with our luggage and offered us welcome drinks while waiting at the front desk for the registration.

9. The vintage feel with modern decor makes this hotel unique, just don't stay in room 606 because of the sloping floors, good thing the front desk was kind enough to transfer us to another room the very first thing in the morning.
