4. We were upgraded to a nicer room overlooking the pool area upon checking in and the very nice woman who checked us in (I completely forgot her name, otherwise I'd include it here) had a complimentary bottle of champagne sent to our room to celebrate our honeymoon.

5. The only complaint I have is that the business center gives the user a complimentary 30 minutes for checking into flights, when the complicated check in procedure for some airlines (United) takes up all of 30 minutes, and more.
