4. Generally good condition, great service, but one major complaint regarding a basic service - after staying at hundreds of hotels around the world, I do not understand why the hotel front desk does not have domestic postage available for purchase.

9. However, after my meeting I moved a few blocks down the road to the Clift hotel, where for $250/nt I did get limited free internet, a much larger, brighter and quieter room, friendly concierge service, and a definite style (not mine particularly, but at least it was up to date and not generic).
